ABSTRACT
The latest developments in the field of technology has given birth to a widespread technological revolution ranging from AI to studies related to neural networks to the field of automation which can be controlled from a push of a button while being on any other part of the globe while being connected to the internet - IoT. IoT or Internet of Things as it is commonly referred to as, is the next generation technology by the help of which any individual can control or monitor any operation that’s connected to the technology while being miles apart. Ranging from power grid control to industrial automation to networks and data stations to health care, IoT has a potential for work in any of the fields. It has been predicted that by the year 2020 most of major developing cities in the world will be connected and controlled by this same developing power. Such cities are being termed as - Smart Cities.
