ABSTRACT

Gianluca was projected into a medium of obscure and dream-like meanings, floating in an altered state of consciousness characterized by hallucinations. After the crisis, Gianluca and his brother had to go back to Rome, and during his return trip by train he apparently met “the girl who kissed me on the finger”. Gianluca was studying statistics at the university and had successfully taken some exams when he decided to leave with his brother and work as a volunteer to relieve victims of an earthquake in northern Italy. Gianluca was 25, tall and stately, a very clever young man. He had an identical twin brother and a much younger sister. His parents were especially inadequate and poor, both in economic and in psychological terms. His father was a waiter, totally absent and unable to manage a psychological relationship with his children.
