ABSTRACT
Stemming from James S. Grotstein’s formulation to conjecture impacts of “O” as the infinite, ultimate reality in the oscillations Conscious↔Unconscious, Antonio Sapienza presented a diagram adding to the proposal the concomitance of the irradiations of “O” in Ps↔D oscillations. A state of mind necessary for the analyst to dream the dreams that cannot be dreamed by the patients in order to find the sensations or emotions that had never reached consciousness. Wilfred Bion suggests that events contained in the womb of time may present themselves to the conscious life of a person who, nevertheless, will have to act and to exist in the present. Bion considers the possibility of a primordial thought of the fetus, projected in the caesura, reflecting itself from the child to his/her primordial levels of thoughts and feelings.
