ABSTRACT
Ethnic conflict is the subject of many disciplines. It is studied by political scientists, anthropologists, sociologists, and scholars of organizational behavior, psychology, international relations, economics, government, and administration. The nature of ethnic conflict is such that only an interdisciplinary approach toward its study may be able to produce comprehensive and reliable results.
