ABSTRACT
To better understand Muslim students’ constitutional as well as institutional rights to free speech and expression, this chapter illustrates the diversity of the Muslim community and how the Muslim community has been racialized. Authors also explore policies that negatively impact Muslim students and describes Muslim student engagement in college. The chapter concludes with a set of recommendations for college administrators and student affairs professionals as they support this marginalized community of students.
