ABSTRACT
In 2012, Shanghai Children’s Medical Center has obtained the Certificate for Medical Institution Conducting Clinical Trials for Human Used Drug and eight majors are qualified to conduct clinical trials. The change of medical records from typing to drop-down options made it hard to copy and paste large segments of texts causing the resistance of clinical doctors. With a large amount of data in the hospital platform, the utilization of these data would test the structure and functions of the system. System implementation is the way of professional technician and management administrators effectively integrating collected data and processes to be implemented using information and technology. At inpatient admission, inpatient child receives a two-dimensional code wristband containing basic information of the child for system identification from the admission health office. According to order execution page, the execution of the nursing items can be real-time monitored, including key indicators such as omissions, delays, and planning of care.
