ABSTRACT
Sticking to the “patient-centered care and quality driven practice,” Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University has studied unremittingly and promoted a series of programs in line of public interest, such as price ceiling for each diagnosis and complimentary physician consultations over recent years, which has earned it the reputation of providing “skillful, thoughtful, and affordable” care and provincially and nationally influential brand. It takes two prerequisites to be a good hospital: medical safety and service quality. The mobile nursing electronic system serves as nurses’ assistant and met the challenge. In terms of the utility of the Hospital Quality Supervision System, clinical units have access to the data of the quality metrics relevant to their own. Signs of hazardous chemicals were made clear to staff and put up in consistent ways according to standards. The multidisciplinary collaboration driven by the quality indicator group has made a difference in the practice level.
