ABSTRACT
One of the most important components in any research study is the theoretical framework, and it is the one that makes or breaks an article in any paradigm. Reading literature in the area of interest is mandatory for developing a theoretical framework. A schematic diagram or model of the theoretical framework will help the reader to visualize the theorized relationships. The theoretical framework is supposed to help the reader make logical sense of the relationships of the variables and factors that have been deemed relevant/important to the problem. The explication of a theoretical framework or logical structure provides focus to all the subsequent steps in planning and carrying out the proposed inquiry, for example, charting variables and their relationships. What is critical is the parallel that might exist between individual and organizational needs, or the potential to analogize using a global construct and integrate such a conceptual framework to CSR.
