ABSTRACT
The regularities of crude oil preparation, particularly its neutralization by an alkali, is been considered in current study. In order to neutralize the crude oil at electric desaltation stage, it is proposed to use the high-performance compact tubular turbulent apparatus of confusor-diffuser design.
