ABSTRACT
In terms of moving beyond adequate policy and provision and moving towards policy and provision which is of high quality, staff might be the next stage in Belgium. The policy on changes is actually discussed by a committee which has representatives from the schools and higher education. The Roman Catholic network of high schools decide to give particular attention to the needs of learners with disabilities and there is a programme planed to make structural changes to their buildings. Students with disabilities can also have any costs of help with study repaid by the Ministry of Education. The most celebrated development at the University of Leuven is the Working Group for Disabled Students. In addition, all students can apply for a range of other beneficial financial arrangements including additional family allowances and refunds of medical prescription charges. Students with disabilities view, the support group as a form of personal assistance lent to them by a number of individuals.
