This article is review about the intercommunication of fractal analysis and polymeric cluster medium model. It is shown that close intercommunication exists between notions of local order and fractality in a glassy polymers case, having key physical grounds and expressed by the simple analytical relationship. It has also been shown, that the combined usage of these complementing one another concepts allows to broaden possibilities of polymeric mediums structure and properties analytical description. The indicated expressions will be applied repeatedly in further interpretation.
