ABSTRACT
This chapter identifies and names a variety of common wild and garden plants, including deciduous and evergreen trees. It describes the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants and trees. The chapter also describes scientific procedures and clear instructions that outline the simple equipments required for carrying out each activity. It illustrates how to carry out the primary science experiments and what results to expect. Suggestions for adapting each activity to the special needs and interests of the students are discussed.
