ABSTRACT
Feminism has ideas for transforming the magic circle, to embrace the interests of every living creature and promote a vision of flourishing for the whole. The definition of feminism as ending sexism, establishing equality, and creating flourishing, along with the feminist values of agency, equality, whole humanness, generativity, and interindependence, is completely positive. Feminism offers practices and visions that will help to heal the problems businesses face internally, as well as the problems business causes in our lives, our communities, and our ecosystems. Feminism also offers one strong light to illuminate a path, and other anti-oppression movements offer other lights, all pointing towards the same goal. Feminism challenges how we think about who people are, what they care about, what they have to offer, how best to invite them to contribute, and how best to lead with them in the shared work of creating value.
