ABSTRACT

This chapter summarizes the research presented in this book. It presents an overview of the findings, recommendations, and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research. It was proposed that vending change agent (VCA)/user and VCA/buying change agent (BCA) exchange also affect users' forces. Both VCA/user and VCA/BCA exchange are excluded from the updated theoretical framework. The chapter also presents vending organization (VO) respondents' perceptions of what is done today to affect successful implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) software tools. VOs and buying organizations (BOs) should encourage their employees involved with technology implementation to learn from the Player Interaction Framework (both the theoretical and updated actual models). The frameworks serve as a general guide to VO and BO implementation behaviors which (can) bring greater intensity of interaction, greater exchange between parties, modification of positive and negative user forces, and greater user satisfaction.
