ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the importance of post-program planning, offers a timeline to promote post-program success, gives suggestions for data collection of artifacts each semester, provides family resources and workshops, and offers a variety of ways for connecting families and students to future providers and community resources. The chapter concludes with ways for PSE programs to collect follow-along and more long-term data.
