ABSTRACT

This chapter explains how to hook the controls up to animatable attributes. There are many ways to hook things up, but there is a basic pattern to the connections. It also explains work on the main control which move the object and all controls added. This is going to work with the translation and rotation of a controller hooking up to translates and rotates of the driven objects. The chapter discusses rig with two controllers on it: a bend low and a bend high. Test and make sure: move the BendLow_controls in the perspective window and make sure the lowbend is working. The controller moves faster than the bend does. There's a reason. Look at those colored circles again.
