ABSTRACT
There is a reference layer display mode where the model can be shaded but cannot be selected. That is a reference display mode. A misplaced keyframe on a CNTRL, or the geometry in a reference file, cannot be changed accept in the original file itself. This can make it difficult to diagnose as well. A human biped would kick his own rear when moving his leg back. However, the bird when lifting his leg naturally would have the hip rotate back and the lower leg rotate forward. Step snap rotate the hip to be opposite of the knee so that the rotation of the leg moves like a bird leg. Behavior means that both legs will have the same axis, and orientation means that both legs will have opposite axis.
