ABSTRACT

In order to mine valuable components from the ore tailings and to provide the ecological safety there were offered technological schemes of the tailing dams’ rearrangement using the means of hydraulic mechanization and the complex measures dealing with the monitoring of man-made massives: measuring of the porous pressure and temperature in the body and bottom of the protecting dams with the aim of the operative control of the slope structures’ stability; complex probing by the devices MGGU-DIGES of the man-made deposits with the defining the resistance to the penetration, rotary cut and porous pressure; interactive assessment of the stability of the tailing dams’ slopes according to the proved hydrogeomechanical criteria by means of mobile standards GSM; remote control of the inaccessible filling areas using airophotogrammetric shooting to define settlement of the filling massives and its bearing capacity; zoning of the man-made massives of the tailings with the selection of the industrial zones. Implementation of the developed proposals was considered on the example of the Olenegorsky GOK (OAO “OLKON”), PAO “ALROSA”.
