ABSTRACT
The final chapter discusses the topics of innovation, technology and cities. It argues that there are three considerations for policy action and dialogue: a reconsideration of disruption, a focus on data, and an emphasis on equity, social justice, and happiness. These issues will be important as our cities grapple with the future of housing, jobs, and access, and the increasing divide between the urban rich and rural poor. The chapter concludes with call to evolve policy faster.
