ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the balance between promise and peril are dialogue from a transportation and trip-generation standpoint. The chapter talks about the essential factors transportation professionals consider in planning for development. It talks about the way new mobility change that paradigm. Finally, it pulls out key principles and considerations that need to be considered in light of new and disruptive transport. These factors and policy considerations are referenced and reflected in the narrative that follows along with the conclusive directions toward the end of the book.
