ABSTRACT
This chapter explains the machining strategy and machining behavior of micro die-sinking electric discharge machining (EDM). The capabilities and applications including fabrication of fuel cell, micromolds, and microfluidic devices are also presented. Problems related to debris evacuation and machining stability are discussed in detail. The possible reasons for the workpiece deposition are also examined.
