ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the characteristics of micro electric discharge machining (EDM) drilling operation. The machining behavior, process capabilities, limitations, and popular applications are explained in detail. The advantages of using micro EDM drilling over other micromachining process are discussed. State of the art research in micro EDM drilling is presented in detail.
