ABSTRACT

An increasing number of hospitality organizations were influenced by the growing number of domestic and international tourists. In order to serve quality goods and services with a reasonable price, and compete with their competitors, managers and supervisors must control the labor expenses by satisfying their employees through considering their problems. Labor turnover occurs in a gradual way; in any organization, any time, after joining the work, the employees start to evaluate and compare the existing gob environment, based on their evaluation, their decisions come to continue working in the organization or to quit. Voluntary turnover intention is a turnover that occurs when employee has own decision/choice to quit or when they leave organization at their own discretion in order to take other employment advantage that offers more attractive conditions. Functional turnover intention is a turnover in which employees with poor and unskilled performance leave. Internal labor turnover involves employees leaving their position and taking another one within the same organization.
