ABSTRACT

Tourism and hospitality organizations clearly understand that the best way to capture and retain the loyalty of market is to create collaborative relationships and better partnerships with their consumers. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is biased toward the interests and challenges of those that engage in social responsibility practices; for this reason, hospitality organizations are engaged in different approaches of CSR such as: community involvement, fair business practices, energy saving, and public relations. Tourism sector by its nature and necessity attracts children to work as laborers. Many of the external ethical considerations arise from the fact that business exists in an environment and community and involves people, and that environment and the people have certain standards and rights must be followed and respected. Internal ethical issues are about the companies’ customers and employees, the policies of yield management, the departmental operations and performance, the quality of the product and developing unusual working patterns.
