ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses on the different composites and complex structure developed using additive manufacturing techniques. The chapter contains five main sections, briefly discussed on composites, nano-composites, functional materials, design freedom and industrial perspective. AM technologies are being considered to revolutionize the composites industry. AM for composites have the potential to create new generation of lightweight composite structures with degrees of geometric complexity.
