ABSTRACT
In this brief study, we present a new method of analyzing the efficiency of the production process in construction industry. Technological units of analysis are employed for this purpose. This method is based on the graphic recording of the chronometric data. The next step is the classification of the data according to the suggested criteria.
This chapter also offers a number of coefficients for quantitative evaluation of the safety and efficiency of the production process in general, and of the performance of the teams and of the individual team members.
The suggested method can be used for analysis of efficiency of the individual workers and of the team performance. The steps for improvement of the efficiency of the production process and of compliance with the safety requirements is suggested based on the method described here.
