ABSTRACT

Aiming at the problem that the current neutral grounding decision method lacks quantitative measurement of electric shock risk, this paper proposes an optimization decision method. Firstly, according to the influence factor of the neutral grounding method, the decision target set of electric shock risk, over voltage risk, life cycle cost and reliability is constructed. Secondly, based on minimizing the inconsistency between each scheme and decision makers, the decision problem is transformed into the linear programming problem, and the weights of each target are obtained. Then, use the weighted Euclidean distance to rank the neutral grounding schemes. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a practical example. The method, which combined the influence of decision makers, relevant standards and objective factors on the choice of neutral point grounding method, has strong practical significance.
