ABSTRACT
No country in the world can be completely selfsufficient and competitive. There is no such country that has the ability to produce all the necessary products for the economy. Each country should retain Ricard’s theory of comparative advantages that the country should focus on producing and exporting those products where it achieves the highest productivity (Rhee 2012).
