ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the crisis is often equated with the crisis, wrongly, because it is untrue, as explained by E. Nowak, while distinguishing three factors thanks to which we can differentiate between crisis and crisis situation. The first factor is that the crisis is part of a crisis situation, the second factor is that all crises are crisis situations, but not in every crisis situation there is an element of the crisis. The third factor, that the author means, is the difference between crisis and crisis situation. Now of emergence when crisis occurs, it does not have to cause violations of the essence of the organization, but it is a challenge for the subjective state of the normality of organization functioning.
