ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to identify the differences and similarities between commercial and noncommercial organizations, their inter-dependencies and interactions. Attention has also been paid to the role and importance of soft management factors such as trust, intellectual capital, and knowledge. It was tried to prove that these factors are necessary to enhance this cooperation, thereby fostering the innovation of cooperating organizations and enhancing their competitiveness. Hence, another research area emerges which is an identification of and an attempt to measure soft factors.
