It concludes that there is a need for Muslim therapists to take domestic violence against women more seriously. The book also concludes with the idea that Islamic theology suggests to take more responsibility for ending the suffering although many Muslim women believe that their suffering is a divine testing and trial from God. It examines the Islamic culture as a way of life that includes the religious and cultural practices of Muslims. The book also concludes that there is a need for Muslim therapists to take domestic violence against women more seriously. It aims to nurture dialogue in Islamic psychotherapy practice.
