ABSTRACT

As discussed previously, a patent is a very specific right granted by the government of a country to an inventor, and this right gives the inventor to eliminate others from making, using, or selling this invention in that specific country during the patent’s total life. It is important to know that a patent is issued to the individual inventor and not to a certain company; however, it is usually a typical; to have employees assign inventions to their employer. Remember that a patent protection is assessable for any product, procedure, or design that encounters certain demands of novelty, nonobviousness, and utility.
