ABSTRACT
My intention has been to engage the reader in the pragmatic and juicy realities of supervision, keeping one eye on the writing and research that offers us theoretical and reflective professional frames for thought, and the other firmly fixed on reflection on experience of the relationship at the core of the working alliance.
