ABSTRACT
Following the spirit of the Energy, Creative Collaboration, and Wellbeing (ECW) Conference, the authors are trying to give voice to the different points of view and explore if and how they can dialogue with, and integrate, each other. ECW was designed with the idea that the field of awareness within a group relations conferences (GRC) could expand to cover other essential aspects of life together with authority, leadership, and followership, which are main themes explored and dealt within GRCs. Sometimes, GRCs are hosted in locations where energetic resources, in terms of water, heating, food, money are wasted without much thinking about what is going on or effect it might have on the experience of learning, as well as on the body that learns. A social dreaming matrix is primarily a door to the social manifestation of the unconscious; within a GRC, it gives access to the social dimension that connects the temporary organisation to the larger context that contains it.
