ABSTRACT

This chapter presents the experiences of learning about process consultation as new consultants in this field. Requests from the school have shown that both the leaders and the staff were very aware of the structure and the content of the organization and were preoccupied with changing the structure. The idea of focusing on the feedback processes comes from the assumption that the information need to understand the constraints and possibilities of development in an organization has to be shared and connected in order to facilitate organizational change. By taking feedback from the participants seriously, by staying strictly to the subject, and by reflecting about the dilemmas in a situation that has reached a deadlock, it has been possible for the participants to understand new aspects of the relations in the organization and to make further progress.
