ABSTRACT
The research Question 11a required the participants to choose six out of fifteen qualities they thought were most important when working with clients of different skin colour to themselves. They ranked them from 1 to 6 starting with 1 as the most important scoring 6 points and the sixth choice scoring one point. Here are the findings of the total combined scores from all year groups of the qualities they consider most important:
