ABSTRACT
James, a former professional football player for seven years with a champion team in the US National Football League, and his second wife, Mary, a well-educated professional, came for therapy. James had been in and out of psychiatric institutions around two to four times a year for the past nine years. Diagnosed as "schizophrenic", he stays at home and receives complaints from his wife that he doesn't do anything.
