ABSTRACT

In this book, we are attempting a comparison between the psychological circumstances present in the early life of two different groups of individuals: totalitarian leaders, group A, such as Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro, and Saddam; and Group B, consisting of very creative people, such as Picasso, Einstein, Gandhi, Beethoven, and Freud. When we initiated this investigation, we never imagined we were going to find so many childhood facts in common among the individuals in each group.
