ABSTRACT

This charter describes stress reaction with anxiety and depression and highlights the aspects of modern psychotherapy. In psychotherapeutic encounters, creative ideas usually materialise spontaneously when both partners are willing and able to give rein to their fantasies. They are in no way irrational. Although they are usually unconscious, they are rational and emotional responses to experiences. Usually, unconscious relationship conflicts reveal themselves in spontaneous memories and fantasies. This is the psychodynamic and psychoanalytic level (D) which, like all the other dimensions of the ABCDE model, is described. Naturally, profound and far-reaching conflicts cannot be worked through in one psychotherapeutic session. The chapter presents case report that focuses on psychotherapeutic fundamentals.
