The second section, "Language, symbol formation processes, and linguistics in Rio de la Plata psychoanalysis'', briefly presents the general lines of thought dealt with by some of the most relevant psychoanalytic papers in this area that have considered linguistic phenomena through taking into account the described areas of influence.
