ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the crucial role of continued learning in a rapidly changing technological world. Tech coaches cannot truly do their best work if they are not able to stay ahead of the technology curve. Luckily, the digital world provides tech coaches and leaders with a wealth of learning opportunities by becoming a “connected educator.” In as little as 100 minutes a month, tech coaches can stay ahead of the curve and share with others what they are learning. The chapter shows how coaches can stay ahead of the curve by: setting professional goals using tech coaching standards and creating action plans to achieve them, evolving as educators, considering strategies and resources for continued learning, being lead learners and reflecting on progress towards goals. In as little as 100 minutes a month, tech coaches can stay ahead of the curve and share with others what they are learning.
