ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the operations and maintenance policy and philosophy for implementation by any natural gas distribution firm. It covers operation and maintenance of various equipment and assets of the natural gas distribution network, maintenance activities and processes, and the essential features of operations and maintenance procedures. The chapter also includes few illustrations related to operations and maintenance activities.
