ABSTRACT

A belligerent person is one with an attitude towards war. Belligerent is a word that comes from the Latin, is formed from the noun bellum; belli means war. There are different types of attitudes. Belligerent is an adjective situation that shows aggression or defense of a state that is ready to war; it is a relationship in which a position of struggle is between the different elements. The financial collapse around 2007–2008 and the subsequent deep recession on the global economy has consequences for the real economy. Governments are grappling with unprecedented budget deficits and unemployment is over 1 million higher than it was before the recession. Social and biological organizations entail changes involving new types of complex structures, which only is possible if the system remains far from an equilibrium and, moreover, there are ‘non-linear’ mechanisms acting between the various elements of the system.
