ABSTRACT
This chapter proposes to support decision-making processes by organizing the highly qualified networked expert groups, using the collective intelligence technologies created on the base of Artificial Intelligence (AI) methods, and using the special Convergent methodology of structuring information in decision-making processes. The proposed special convergent methodology is based on the fundamental principles of control thermodynamics, inverse problem solving, holistic discourse approach, cognitive modeling, genetic algorithms, quantum semantic approach and AI. The structuring information in a special way during citizens’ meetings helps to get groups’ insights very fast. The convergent methodology as noticed uses the cognitive modeling method that consists of creating concepts and their connections. The Cognitive modeling system provides mechanisms to build up relations of the “all to all” kind. For speeding up multi-group self-organizing networked democracy processes it is useful to apply special convergent methodology, including decision-making and the networked expertise support technologies.
