ABSTRACT
The theoretical approach to human behavioral in the light of organization and cybernetic studies defines the organization as a set of elements interrelated in a common stucture with few basic elements such as mission and finalities and a structure of networked elements. The general contingent human behavioral theoretical organization–collective; social; economic; flexible; complex; viable with equifinality; finalized, with bounded rationality, implementing a production of goods and services for the international target market; designed, directed and controlled by human subjects finalized, contingent, directional, of a general international business. A general theoretical human behavioral organization, finalized of a general international business in order to describe the theoretical functional finalities and resources which contribute to the achievement of the mission and the structure of its general finalities, could point out the following behavioral network of general management’s functions. Structure of general operative management’s functions: international marketing, production, supplying, research and development, accounting and finance.
