ABSTRACT

The intelligences pointed out can be considered as moderate predictors of job performance and success. This chapter highlights some detail, the cognitive, emotional, spiritual, physical and social intelligences, since these types of intelligences are strongly related to each other in human daily life and work. The process of developing all six intelligences and the convergence of the leaders and subordinates can receive a meaningful support from the methods of creative collaboration. The same process would also receive a meaningful support from the exercise of social responsibility, which is everyone’s responsibility for one’s impacts on society that is people and nature. Different intelligences involve using existing learning systems and sensitivity, elaborate and enhance existing knowledge to analyze new situations and develop new solutions to positively impact to the overall performance. Poor social intelligences and emotional intelligences can be strong predictors of employees’ and management’s failure in their careers.
