ABSTRACT

Emergence as an interpretant which is logically involved in the interpretive process initiated in the systemic approach of a human organization. This process is an essential step for the professional as for the researcher that addresses an organization. The proposal is to cause a process of reinterpretation of the organization that must lead, amaze and marvele, and thus form a new conception of the observed organization. It is understood that the philosophical point of view of the concept of emergence is equivocal. Before coming to the emergence, it is helpful to place the intervention in an organization from a pragmatic point of view (not utilitarian) in a philosophical sense. In fact, for Peirce, the semiotic process is infinite. It stops only temporarily by intersubjective agreement of researcher-actors who believe they have reached a representation that allows them to establish new habits enabling them to act.
