ABSTRACT
It may not seem like a theatrical technique but learning to conceal eyebrow hair is one of the most useful skills a performer can learn. Starting with the adhesive and moving to color correction, students will learn the importance of undertone and the process of using powder to set. Once a firm foundation has been applied over the hair, the face becomes transformed. Students will find the knowledge useful in sculpting unique eyebrows. This skill is a requirement in the two emotion makeups – angry and sad – as well as in the fantasy makeup application. This section gives students the ability to practice before moving onto full face makeups.
