ABSTRACT
The ambulance is called to a 22-year-old female with PV (per vaginum) bleeding. On arrival you are presented with Amelia (your patient) sitting on the edge of bed, complaining of abdominal pain around the left iliac fossa and at least half a day’s history of PV bleeding.
