ABSTRACT
A strong prosocial voice would not only help to counteract this but also provide the mechanism to start building coalitions with like-minded individuals across all walks of life, including not only social welfare advocates but also the opposition political party and the media. The reaction of 99.99 percent of observers is exactly the same but not for his critical inner circle or the other stakeholders who had been engaged through the planning and through his prosocial voice. Hawke is then able to elaborate on his vision in a much more substantial way. Command voice is the capability to get delivery performance from followers – a leader's capability to get things done. Command voice is truly effective only when built on the foundation of the heartfelt voice. The prosocial voice is only fully effective when built on the foundation of heartfelt voice and command voice.
